Talk to Krishna is owned and operated by Harshajyoti Das (an individual), who is the service provider and the merchant for all payments made on this site.
These Terms govern your use of Talk to Krishna (“the service”), an AI chat companion grounded in the Bhagavad Gita, and any access pass you buy for it. In these Terms, “Harshajyoti Das”, “we”, and “us” mean the owner and operator of Talk to Krishna. By using the site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the service is
Talk to Krishna is software. Replies are generated by AI from public-domain translations of the Bhagavad Gita. It is not a person, priest, counsellor, or professional advisor, and replies may be imperfect. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
2. Free messages
New visitors can send a small number of free messages before a pass is needed. We may change the number of free messages at any time.
3. Access passes (digital product)
After the free messages, access is by a one-time pass for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 1 year. Passes are a digital service delivered online; nothing physical is shipped. After successful payment you receive an access code on screen, usually within a minute.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the site before you pay. The price shown at the time of payment applies. Payments are made to Harshajyoti Das and processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking). We never see or store your card details, UPI PIN, or bank login.
5. Duration and renewal
A pass starts at the moment of payment and ends automatically at the end of its period. Passes do not renew and you are never charged again automatically.

7. Access codes and fair use
Your access code is for your personal use. Do not resell or publicly share it. We may disable codes that are shared publicly or misused. Do not attempt to break the service’s security or limits, or use it to create harmful or unlawful content.
8. No guarantees
We try to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular outcome from using it.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the pass giving rise to the claim.
